MULTIHEAD LOADER FOR LOADING, COUNTING OR WEIGHTING BREADSTICKS OR THE LIKE.

The product from the hopper is taken by suitable tessellated belts with the purpose of transporting it as single unit.
The passage of each breadstick is detected by a photoelectric sensor located in the vicinity of the discharge hopper. After that the amount of product selected in the operation panel of the machine is reached, the product is discharged (synchronized to the packaging machine).

For the breadsticks of "Turin" type, it is expected the application of an aligner into the loading hopper.
The loader can be prepared for restaurant and family type packages. As an alternative to counting, the system is applicable to weight with load cells.

with 200 breadsticks: 4/5 weighting per minute
